Adhyaya 64 — Kalavati (Vibhavari) Offers Herself and the Padmini Vidya to Svarocisha
आज्ञाञ्च निधयः सर्वे करिष्यन्ति तवादृताः ।
यथाभिलषितं वित्तं प्रदास्यन्ति च ते शुभे ॥
ājñāñ ca nidhayaḥ sarve kariṣyanti tavādṛtāḥ / yathābhilaṣitaṃ vittaṃ pradāsyanti ca te śubhe
O auspicious lady, all the Treasures (nidhis) will respectfully carry out your command, and they will grant you wealth exactly as you desire.
Wealth is portrayed as subordinate to dharmic/spiritual authority: when power (vidyā) is aligned with auspiciousness and right intention, resources are said to respond in an orderly, non-chaotic way.
Manvantara: the verse participates in a Svārociṣa-Manu cycle narrative illustrating conditions and agents (powers, beings) operating in that epoch.
‘Nidhis obeying command’ symbolizes mastery over the latent potentials of the world (artha) through inner empowerment (vidyā), i.e., prosperity becomes a function of realized śakti rather than mere acquisition.
