Restoration (uddhāra) is a divine act: even when the world sinks into chaos (pātāla imagery), it can be re-established; the Siddhas’ contemplation underscores that higher beings recognize and align with this sustaining principle.
Pratisarga: retrieval and re-placement of Earth is a hallmark of re-creation following pralaya.
Earth ‘released upon the waters’ suggests stabilization of gross reality upon subtle undifferentiated substratum; Janaloka-Siddhas symbolize purified awareness witnessing cosmic restoration.
