Educational Q&A

The verse highlights disciplined excellence: when one’s purpose is set, skill and steadiness make action effective. In a dharmic frame, martial power is not mere aggression but controlled capability directed toward a rightful objective.

Vaiśampāyana describes Arjuna—unconquered, crowned and garlanded—moving swiftly in all directions through the opposing force, his arrows not missing once he has taken aim, indicating his dominance and tactical mobility in the battle scene.
