divyānāṁ sarvamālyānāṁ gandhaḥ puṇyo ’tha sarvaśaḥ | prasasāra vasantāgre vanānām iva bhārata ||
Vaiśampāyana said: Then, the pure fragrance of all those divine garlands spread everywhere—O Bhārata—like the scent that pervades forests at the very onset of spring. The scene conveys an auspicious, elevating atmosphere, suggesting a moment of grace and favorable omens within the unfolding events.
