शमीवृक्षस्थायुधप्रकाशनम् / Revelation and Identification of the Weapons on the Śamī Tree

अहं वै कुरुभियोंत्स्ये विजेष्यामि च ते पशून्‌ | प्रविश्यैतद्‌ रथानीकमप्रधृष्यं दुरासदम्‌,“देखो, मैं इस अतीव दुर्धर्ष तथा दुर्गम रथसेनामें घुसकर कौरवोंके साथ युद्ध करूँगा और तुम्हारे पशुओंको जीत लाऊँगा

ahaṃ vai kurubhiyotsye vijeṣyāmi ca te paśūn | praviśyaitad rathānīkam apradhṛṣyaṃ durāsadam ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “I shall indeed fight with the Kurus and win back your cattle. Entering this chariot-host—so hard to assail and so difficult to approach—I will engage them in battle and recover your herds.”
