ये च तेजस्विनो दान्ता बलवन्तो5तिमानिन: । तेषां मां मानिनीं भार्या सूतपुत्र: पदावधीत्‌,“जो तेजस्वी, जितेन्द्रिय, बलवान्‌ और अत्यन्त मानी हैं, उन्हींकी मुझ मानिनी पत्नीपर सूतपुत्रने पैरसे आघात किया है

ye ca tejasvino dāntā balavanto ’timāninaḥ | teṣāṃ māṃ māninīṃ bhāryāṃ sūtaputraḥ padāvadhīt ||

“Those men who are radiant in prowess, self-restrained, strong, and exceedingly proud—upon the wife of such a man, upon me who am held in honor, the son of a charioteer struck with his foot.”
