Draupadī Awakens Bhīmasena

Vaiśampāyana said: Then, at that very moment—impelled by a rākṣasa-force—he seized Kīcaka and hurled him away with the speed of the wind, O Bhārata. The episode shows that violent outrage against a vulnerable woman draws swift retribution, and that adharma, even when done in a king’s sight, becomes the cause of one’s downfall.
