मनसाप्यभिकामस्य कुरुक्षेत्र युधिष्ठिर । पापानि विप्रणश्यन्ति ब्रह्मलोक॑ च गच्छति,युधिष्ठिर! जो मनसे भी कुरुक्षेत्रमें जानेकी इच्छा करता है, उसके सब पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं और वह ब्रह्मलोकको जाता है
manasāpy abhikāmasya kurukṣetre yudhiṣṭhira | pāpāni vipraṇaśyanti brahmalokaṃ ca gacchati ||
Ghūlastya (Nārada) said: “O Yudhiṣṭhira, even for one who merely forms in the mind the wish to go to Kurukṣetra, sins are destroyed; and such a person attains the world of Brahmā (Brahma-loka).”
