पवनस्य हवदे स्नात्वा मरुतां तीर्थमुत्तमम् । तत्र स्नात्वा नरव्याप्र विष्णुलोके महीयते,नरव्याप्र! तदनन्तर पवनहृदमें स्नान करे। वह मरुद्गणोंका उत्तम तीर्थ है। वहाँ स्नान करनेसे मानव विष्णुलोकमें प्रतिष्ठित होता है
Transliteration
pavanasya hṛdade snātvā marutāṁ tīrtham uttamam | tatra snātvā naravyāghra viṣṇuloke mahīyate ||
Translation
Ghūlastya said: “O tiger among men, bathe in the lake of Pavana—this is the supreme sacred ford of the Maruts. Having bathed there, a person is honored and established in Viṣṇu’s world.”
