भैमीमपि नलो राजा भ्राजमानो यथा पुरा । ससस्‍्वजे स्वसुतौ चापि यथावतृ प्रत्यनन्दत,राजा नलका रूप पहलेकी ही भाँति ही प्रकाशित हो रहा था। उन्होंने भी दमयन्तीको छातीसे लगा लिया और अपने दोनों बालकोंको भी प्यार-दुलार करके प्रसन्न किया

bhaimīm api nalo rājā bhrājamāno yathā purā | sasvaje svasutau cāpi yathāvat pratyānandat ||

King Nala, radiant as he had been before, embraced Bhīmī (Damayantī) as well. He also clasped his own two children, and in due measure—befitting the moment and propriety—he rejoiced and expressed his joy.
