तदवस्थां तु तां दृष्टवा सर्वमन्तःपुरं तदा । हाहाभूतमतीवासीद् भृशं च प्ररुरोद ह,तब महारानीकी यह दयनीय अवस्था देख उस समय सारे अन्तःपुरमें हाहाकार मच गया। सब-के-सब फूट-फूटकर रोने लगे
tad-avasthāṃ tu tāṃ dṛṣṭvā sarvam antaḥpuraṃ tadā | hāhābhūtam atīvāsīd bhṛśaṃ ca praruroda ha ||
Seeing her in that pitiable condition, the whole inner palace at once broke into a loud outcry. Overwhelmed by grief, they all wept bitterly.
