Vyāsa’s Counsel to Yudhiṣṭhira: Pratismṛti-vidyā, Arjuna’s Aśtra-Quest, and the Move to Kāmyaka

ते सर्वे धृतराष्ट्रस्य पुत्रेण परिसान्त्विता: । संविभक्ताश्न तुष्टाश्न गुरुवत्‌ तेषु वर्तते,उन सबको धृतराष्ट्रपुत्र दुर्योधनने बड़े आश्वासनके साथ रखा है और उपभोगकी सामग्री देकर संतुष्ट किया है। इतना ही नहीं, वह उनके प्रति गुरुजनोचित बर्ताव करता है

Yudhiṣṭhira said: “All of them have been conciliated by Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s son, Duryodhana. He has satisfied them by distributing the means of enjoyment and sustenance; moreover, he treats them with the respect due to revered teachers.”
