एवं संस्थितिका सिद्धिरियं लोकस्य भारत | तत्र सिद्धिर्गति: प्रोक्ता कालावस्थाविभागत:,भारत! लोकको इसी प्रकार कार्यसिद्धि प्राप्त होती है--कार्यसिद्धिकी यही व्यवस्था है। काल और अवस्थाके विभागके अनुसार शत्रुकी दुर्बलताके अन्वेषणका प्रयत्न ही सिद्धिका मूल कारण है

Translation

O Bhārata, thus does the world attain success in its undertakings—such is the order of achievement. According to the divisions of time and circumstance, the very effort to seek out an enemy’s weakness is declared the root cause of success.
