सर्वे वेदविदो मुख्या यतयो मुनयस्तथा । आसेदुस्ते यथान्यायं पुनर्दर्शनकाड्क्षया,वेदोंके ज्ञाता समस्त प्रधान-प्रधान संन्यासी तथा मुनिलोग पाण्डवोंसे फिर मिलनेकी इच्छा रखकर न्यायानुसार अपने योग्य स्थानोंमें रहने लगे
sarve vedavido mukhyā yatayo munayas tathā | āsedus te yathānyāyaṃ punardarśanakāṅkṣayā ||
Vaiśampāyana said: All the foremost knowers of the Vedas—ascetics and sages as well—took their seats in due order, each in a fitting place, longing to behold the Pāṇḍavas once again.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
