त्वयि वत्से पराश्चवस्य ब्राह्मणस्याभिराधनम् | तन्मे वाक्यममि थ्या त्वं कर्तुमहसि कहिचित्,“बेटी! तुमपर भरोसा करके ही मैंने इन तेजस्वी ब्राह्मणकी आराधना स्वीकार की है; अतः तुम मेरी बात कभी मिथ्या न होने दोगी, ऐसी आशा है
tvayi vatse parāśvasyā brāhmaṇasyābhirādhanam | tan me vākyam amithyā tvaṁ kartum arhasi karhi cit ||
“My child, relying on you I accepted the duty of honoring and serving this radiant brāhmaṇa. Therefore, see to it that my word does not ever become false.”
