Educational Q&A

Prosperity (Lakṣmī) is drawn not merely by the date of worship but by inner qualities—devotion, steadiness without discouragement, and humility without ego.

Yudhiṣṭhira states a principle about worship: a person who honors the deity on the sixth or seventh day with sincere devotion and a humble, undepressed mind becomes worthy of Lakṣmī’s favor.
