tataḥ pragṛhya vipulāṃ śataghaṇṭāṃ vibhīṣaṇaḥ | anumantrya mahāśaktiṃ cikṣepāsya śiraḥ prati ||
Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then Vibhīṣaṇa, taking up a huge great spear adorned with a hundred bells, consecrated it with a mantra and hurled it straight at Prahasta’s head.
