Sāvitrī’s Dialogue with Yama and the Restoration of Satyavān

मारुतेन सुशीतेन सुखेनामृतगन्धिना । सेव्यमानो वने तस्मिन्‌ जगाम मनसा प्रियाम्‌,उस वनमें अमृतकी-सी सुगन्ध लिये मन्द गतिसे प्रवाहित होनेवाली सुखद शीतल वायुका स्पर्श पाकर श्रीरामचन्द्रजी मन-ही-मन अपनी प्रिया सीताका चिन्तन करने लगे

Transliteration

mārutena suśītena sukhena amṛtagandhinā | sevyamāno vane tasmin jagāma manasā priyām ||

Translation

In that forest, as he was gently attended by the pleasant, cool breeze—fragrant as nectar—Rāma’s mind turned inward to his beloved, and he began to dwell upon Sītā.
