Dvaītavana: Brahmaghoṣa, Rṣi-saṅgha, and Baka Dālbhyā’s Upadeśa to Yudhiṣṭhira

सत्कृतानि सहस्राणि सर्वकामै: पुरा गृहे । सर्वकामै: सुविहितैर्यदपूजय था द्विजान्‌,पहले आपके राजभवनमें सहस्रों (सुवर्णमय) पात्र थे, जो सम्पूर्ण इच्छानुकूल भोज्य पदार्थोंसे भरे-पूरे रहते थे और उनके द्वारा आप समस्त अभीष्ट मनोरथोंकी पूर्ति करते हुए प्रतिदिन ब्राह्मणोंका सत्कार करते थे

satkṛtāni sahasrāṇi sarvakāmaiḥ purā gṛhe | sarvakāmaiḥ suvihitair yad apūjayathā dvijān |

Vaiśampāyana said: “Formerly, in your own palace, there were thousands of well-prepared provisions and gifts, complete with every desirable comfort; and with such excellently arranged means of fulfilling all wishes, you used to honor the brāhmaṇas with due reverence.”
