The divine messenger said: “O Maudgalya (Mudgala), there exist many distinct, radiant worlds belonging to the gods—such as the Devas, the Sādhyas, the Viśvedevas, the great seers, the Yāmas, the Dhāmas, and also the Gandharvas and Apsarases. Each of these celestial communities has its own luminous realm, endowed with splendid, auspicious enjoyments attainable according to one’s desire.”
