रावण–मारीचसंवादः तथा मृगप्रलोभनपूर्वकं सीताहरणोपक्रमः

निर्ममा निरहड्कारा निर्दधन्द्धा: संयतेन्द्रिया: । ध्यानयोगपराश्षैव तत्र गच्छन्ति मानवा:,जो ममता और अहंकारसे रहित, सुख-दुःख आदि द्वद्धोंसे ऊपर उठे हुए, जितेन्द्रिय तथा ध्यानयोगमें तत्पर हैं, वे मनुष्य ही उस लोकमें जा सकते हैं

nirmamā nirahaṅkārā nirdvandvāḥ saṃyatendriyāḥ | dhyānayogaparāś caiva tatra gacchanti mānavāḥ ||

The divine messenger said: Only those people can reach that realm who are free from possessiveness and ego, who have risen beyond the pairs of opposites such as pleasure and pain, who have mastered their senses, and who are devoted to the discipline of meditation.
