Duryodhana’s Account of Gandharva Defeat and the Pandavas’ Intervention (दुर्योधनवर्णितो गन्धर्वसंग्रामः)

Vaiśampāyana said: Equal in strength to the Wind itself, indeed the mighty son of the Wind—Bhīmasena—has been bound by his elder brother with the noose of dharma. Therefore, surely, he endures his anger, breathing out long, restrained sighs, submitting his power to righteousness rather than to impulse.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even immense power must submit to dharma: true strength is shown when one restrains anger and accepts righteous guidance, especially within the bonds of family and duty.
