Transliteration

tam udyatagiriṁ rājan vyadravanta divaukasaḥ |

Translation

Mārkaṇḍeya said: “O King, when the gods beheld that demon advancing with a mountain raised aloft—like the sun shrouded by clouds—they fled in fear.”
