अद्भुतस्य तु माहात्म्यं यथा वेदेषु कीर्तितम्‌

Transliteration

adbhutasya tu māhātmyaṃ yathā vedeṣu kīrtitam

Translation

Mārkaṇḍeya said: “I shall relate the wondrous one’s greatness, just as it is celebrated in the Vedas.”
