मार्कण्डेय उवाच बाढमित्येव तं व्याध: कृताञज्जलिरुवाच ह । प्रदक्षिणमथो कृत्वा प्रस्थितो द्विजसत्तम:,मार्कण्डेयजी कहते हैं--युधिष्ठिर! कौशिक ब्राह्मणकी बात सुनकर धर्मव्याधने हाथ जोड़कर कहा--“बहुत अच्छा! अब आप अपने घरको पधारें।” तदनन्तर विप्रवर कौशिक धर्मव्याधकी परिक्रमा करके वहाँसे चल दिया

Mārkaṇḍeya uvāca— bāḍham ity eva taṃ vyādhaḥ kṛtāñjalir uvāca ha | pradakṣiṇam atho kṛtvā prasthito dvijasattamaḥ ||

Mārkaṇḍeya said: The hunter, with hands joined in reverence, replied to him, “So be it—certainly.” Then the best of brāhmaṇas, having circumambulated him in respect, set out from that place.
