अग्निनाम-वंश-निरूपणम् | Agni-Names and Lineage Enumeration

इति श्रीमहाभारते वनपर्वणि मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वणि पतिव्रतोपाख्याने ब्राह्मणव्याधसंवादे अष्टाधिकद्विशततमो<्ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate vanaparvaṇi mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvaṇi pativratopākhyāne brāhmaṇavyādhasaṃvāde aṣṭādhikadvīśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Thus, in the Śrī Mahābhārata, within the Vana Parva—under the section known as the Markandeya Samasya Parva—during the tale of the devoted wife (Pativratā-upākhyāna), in the dialogue between the brāhmaṇa and the hunter, the two-hundred-and-eighth chapter comes to an end.
