पञ्चमहाभूतगुण-इन्द्रियनिग्रह-उपदेशः | Teaching on the Qualities of the Five Elements and Sense-Control

आराधयित्वा त्वां देवा: सुखमेधन्ति सर्वश: । महाद्युते! आपके रुष्ट होनेसे ही दैत्यराज देवताओंके सामने पराजित हो जाते हैं। आप इस जगतके सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंकी सृष्टि तथा संहार करनेवाले हैं। प्रभो! आपकी आराधना करके ही सम्पूर्ण देवता सुख एवं समृद्धि-लाभ करते हैं
Translation
O mighty one of great splendor! By worshiping you, the gods prosper everywhere in happiness and abundance. When you are angered, the king of the Daityas is defeated before the very eyes of the gods. You are the creator and the destroyer of all beings in this world. O Lord, only by adoring you do all the gods attain joy and prosperity.
