Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction

अनुध्यानेन जप्येन विधास्याम: शिवं तव । कथाभिश्चाभिरम्याभि: सह रंस्थामहे वयम्‌,हम आपके अभीष्टचिन्तन और जपके द्वारा आपका कल्याण करेंगे तथा आपको सुन्दर-सुन्दर कथाएँ सुनाकर आपके साथ ही प्रसन्नतापूर्वक वनमें विचरेंगे

Transliteration

anudhyānena japyena vidhāsyāmaḥ śivaṃ tava | kathābhiś cābhiramyābhiḥ saha raṃsthāmahe vayam ||

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira said: “By constant contemplation of your welfare and by sacred recitation, we shall bring about your well-being. And with delightful stories, we shall stay together with you, moving about the forest in a spirit of shared cheer.”
