मनसा तस्य सर्वाणि वाहनान्यायुधानि च,मनके द्वारा चिन्तन करते ही उसके पास इच्छानुसार वाहन, अस्त्र-शस्त्र, योद्धा और कवच उपस्थित हो जायँगे। वह धर्मविजयी चक्रवर्ती राजा होगा
manasā tasya sarvāṇi vāhanāny āyudhāni ca
Mārkaṇḍeya said: “By the mere act of thinking, all the vehicles and weapons he requires will come to him. Whatever he wills—mounts, arms, warriors, and armor—will appear at once. Thus endowed, he will become a dharma-conquering universal sovereign (cakravartin).”
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
Power and sovereignty are portrayed as legitimate when aligned with dharma: the ideal ruler is not merely armed, but ‘dharma-vijayī’—one whose victories and authority serve righteous order and protection.
Mārkaṇḍeya describes a figure who gains extraordinary capacity: by mental intention alone, vehicles and weapons (and, by context, warriors and armor) become available instantly, marking him as destined for universal, dharma-based kingship.
