Vaiśampāyana said: “Thus has this sublime, Brahma-related account been declared, extending up to a thousand (in measure/number). For indeed the whole universe, within the abode of Brahman, turns and cycles on every side.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse emphasizes a Brahma-centered vision: all phenomena belong to Brahman’s realm and the universe continually cycles and transforms within that ultimate ground.
Vaiśampāyana, as narrator, concludes or caps a preceding sacred exposition, marking its extent (“up to a thousand”) and summarizing its cosmic import: the world’s ceaseless turning within Brahman’s abode.
