Educational Q&A

Martial power should be grounded in disciplined training and the lawful, rule-bound bestowal of weapons; true valor is recognized when skill is cultivated properly and used within dharmic bounds.

Vaiśampāyana reports that Pradyumna (son of Rukmiṇī) has carefully trained the youths and duly given them weapons; he is pleased on witnessing the prowess of the listener’s sons and of Abhimanyu.
