प्रोवाच कृष्णामपि याज्ञसेनीं दशार्हभर्ता सहित: सुहृद्धिः । दिष्टया समग्रासि धनंजयेन समागतेत्येवमुवाच कृष्ण:,इसके बाद दशार्हकुलके स्वामी श्रीकृष्ण, जो अपने सुहृदोंसे घिरे हुए थे, यज्ञसेनकुमारी द्रौपदीसे बोले--“कृष्णे! अर्जुनसे मिलकर तेरी सारी कामना सफल हो गयी, यह बड़े आनन्दकी बात है। तेरे पुत्र बड़े सुशील हैं। धनुर्वेदमें उनका विशेष अनुराग है। वे अपने सुहृदोंसहित सत्पुरुषोंद्वारा आचरित सदाचार और धर्मका पालन करते हैं

provāca kṛṣṇām api yājñasenīṃ daśārhabhartā sahitaḥ suhṛdbhiḥ |
diṣṭyā samagrāsi dhanaṃjayena samāgatety evam uvāca kṛṣṇaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana said: Surrounded by his well-wishers, Kṛṣṇa—the lord of the Dāśārhas—addressed Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī), the daughter of Yājñasena: “Blessed indeed are you, for you have met with Dhanañjaya (Arjuna); by this meeting your hopes are fulfilled.”
