ततो<हं शरवर्षेण महता कुरुनन्दन मार्गमावृत्य दैत्यानां गतिं चैषामवारयम्,कुरुनन्दन! तब मैं बाणोंकी भारी बौछार करके दैत्योंका मार्ग रोक लिया और उनकी गति कुण्ठित कर दी
tato 'haṃ śaravarṣeṇa mahatā kurunandana mārgaṃ āvṛtya daityānāṃ gatiṃ caiṣām avārayam
Then, O joy of the Kurus, I covered the way with a great shower of arrows and checked the Daityas—blocking their advance and breaking the momentum of their movement.
अजुन उवाच
