एवं क्रमेण ते वीरा वीक्षमाणा: समन्ततः । गन्धवन्त्यथ माल्यानि रसवन्ति फलानि च,इस प्रकार वे वीर पाण्डव चारों ओर सुगन्धित पुष्पमालाएँ, सरस फल, मनोहर सरोवर और मनोरम वृक्षावलियोंको क्रमश: देखते हुए गन्धमादन पर्वतके वनमें प्रविष्ट हुए। वहाँ पहुँचनेपर उन सबकी आँखें आश्वर्यसे खिल उठीं

Transliteration

evaṁ krameṇa te vīrā vīkṣamāṇāḥ samantataḥ | gandhavanti atha mālyāni rasavanti phalāni ca ||

Translation

Thus, in due sequence, those heroic Pāṇḍavas, looking all around, beheld fragrant garlands and sweet, juicy fruits. Proceeding in this manner, they entered the forest of Mount Gandhamādana; and on reaching it, their eyes opened wide in wonder at the marvels they saw.
