क्वचित् पद्धयां ततो5गच्छद् राक्षसैरुह्मुते क्वचित् । तत्र तत्र महातेजा भ्रातृभि: सह सुव्रत:,उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाले वे महातेजस्वी भूपाल कहीं तो भाइयोंसहित पैदल चलते और कहीं राक्षसलोग उन्हें पीठपर बैठाकर ले जाते थे। इस प्रकार वे अनेक स्थानोंमें गये
Translation
At times he went on foot, and at times the rākṣasas lifted him up and carried him on their backs. Thus, the mighty king—steadfast in his excellent vows—traveled with his brothers through many places.
