Kuberasaras-darśana (Bhīma beholds Kubera’s guarded lotus-lake) / कुबेरसरः-दर्शनम्

धार्मिकान्‌ धर्मकार्येषु अर्थकार्येषु पण्डितान्‌ । सत्रीषु क्लीबान्‌ नियुज्जीत क्रूरान्‌ क्रूरेषु कर्मसु,राजाको चाहिये कि वह धर्मके कार्योमें धार्मिक पुरुषोंको, अर्थसम्बन्धी कार्योमें अर्थशास्त्रके पण्डितोंको, स्त्रियोंकी देख-भालके लिये नपुंसकोंको और कठोर कार्याँमें क्रूर स्वभावके मनुष्योंको लगावे

dhārmikān dharmakāryeṣu arthakāryeṣu paṇḍitān | strīṣu klībān niyujjīta krūrān krūreṣu karmasu ||

Vaiśampāyana said: A king should assign the righteous to duties of dharma, the learned to matters of wealth and administration, eunuchs to the supervision of women’s quarters, and men of harsh disposition to harsh tasks.
