एवं तुष्टो भविष्यामि श्रद्धास्यामि च ते वच: । एवमुक्त: स तेजस्वी प्रहस्य हरिरब्रवीत्,“वीरवर! मकरालय समुद्रको लाँघते समय आपने जो अनुपम रूप धारण किया था, उसका दर्शन करनेकी मुझे बड़ी इच्छा हो रही है। उसे देखनेसे मुझे संतोष तो होगा ही, आपकी बातपर श्रद्धा भी हो जायगी।” भीमसेनके ऐसा कहनेपर महातेजस्वी हनुमानजीने हँसकर कहा--
evaṁ tuṣṭo bhaviṣyāmi śraddhāsyāmi ca te vacaḥ | evam uktaḥ sa tejasvī prahasya harir abravīt ||
“Thus shall I be satisfied, and I shall also place faith in your words.” When he had spoken so, the radiant Hari (Hanumān), smiling, replied.
