Ghaṭotkaca’s Conveyance to Badarī and Entry into the Nara-Nārāyaṇa Āśrama

Vaiśampāyana said: “O Bhīma, there are many mountains here—uneven and treacherous, made hard to traverse by snow. On such paths, O mighty-armed one, how indeed will Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī) be able to move about?”
Dharma in adversity includes practical compassion: the stronger members of a group must anticipate dangers and ensure the safety and dignity of those who may suffer more—here, Draupadī amid harsh terrain.
During the forest-exile setting, Yudhiṣṭhira reassures Draupadī and then addresses Bhīma, pointing out the snow-bound, rugged mountains and asking how Draupadī can manage such travel—implicitly urging Bhīma to take responsibility for her safe passage.
