Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how sudden disturbances in nature can function as narrative omens—suggesting that when order is shaken, one should be alert, restrained, and attentive to dharma, rather than careless or complacent.

A powerful whirlwind or dust-storm, laden with leaves, rises abruptly and blankets the earth, the atmosphere, and even the heavens, creating darkness and foreboding and marking an intensification of the scene.
