लोगश उवाच
As a colophon, the verse does not teach through direct instruction; it frames the preceding material as part of a pilgrimage narrative where dharma is reinforced through remembrance of exemplary sages (like Agastya) and through the purifying, reflective function of visiting tīrthas.
The text is marking the conclusion of a chapter: the 105th chapter of the Agastya episode, situated within the Tīrthayātrā section of the Vana Parva, in the context of Lośa’s pilgrimage account.
