कुरुसभायां केशवागमन-सत्कारविधानम् / Preparations to Honor Keśava at the Kuru Court
उन्होंने शत्रुदमन महात्मा हृषीकेशके पास जाकर आशीर्वाद तथा मंगलपाठपूर्वक उनका यथोचित पूजन किया ।।
te pūjayitvā dāśārhaṃ sarvalokeṣu pūjitam | nyavedayanta veśmāni ratnavanti mahātmane ||
Having duly honored Dāśārha (Śrī Kṛṣṇa)—who is revered throughout all the worlds—they offered to that great-souled one their own jewel-adorned residences, respectfully inviting him to stay.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores dharmic conduct through respectful worship and hospitality: honoring a worthy, universally revered person is expressed not only by praise but by tangible service—offering proper lodging and care.
After paying due honors to Śrī Kṛṣṇa (Hṛṣīkeśa/Dāśārha), the hosts present their jewel-rich residences to him—formally inviting him to stay in their homes as an act of reverence and welcome.
