ततोअनुव्रज्य गोविन्द धर्मराजो युधिष्ठिर: । राज्ञां सकाशे द्युतिमानुवाचेदं वचस्तदा,इस प्रकार गोविन्दके पीछे कुछ दूर जाकर तेजस्वी धर्मराज युधिष्ठिरने राजाओंके समीप उनसे कुछ कहनेका विचार किया
tato 'nuvrajya govindaṃ dharmarājo yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | rājñāṃ sakāśe dyutimān uvācedaṃ vacas tadā ||
Then Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira, after following Govinda for a short distance, turned to the assembled kings and, radiant in bearing, spoke these words.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Ethical leadership in a crisis: Yudhiṣṭhira, guided by dharma and mindful of collective responsibility, prepares to address the broader assembly rather than acting only on private impulse.
After accompanying Kṛṣṇa (Govinda) a short distance, Yudhiṣṭhira returns his attention to the gathered kings and begins to speak to them, setting up a public counsel or announcement within the diplomatic tensions of the Udyoga Parva.
