Thus, in the Śrī Mahābhārata, within the Udyoga Parva, in the section called the Yāna–Saṃdhi Parva, the sixty-third chapter entitled “Vidura’s Discourse” comes to an end.
विदुर उवाच
This line is not a teaching verse but a colophon: it formally closes the chapter and situates it within the Mahābhārata’s parva structure, indicating that the preceding content is Vidura’s counsel within the peace-and-mission context.
The narrative pauses for a structural marker: the text announces that the sixty-third chapter of the ‘Vidura’s Discourse’ portion, within the Yāna–Saṃdhi section of the Udyoga Parva, has concluded.
