Vidura says: Whoever truly leaves behind household life and fixes his aim solely on liberation—regarding mokṣa as the highest goal—for him there are prepared in heaven everlasting realms made of radiance. The verse commends renunciation oriented to spiritual freedom, presenting it as a path that yields an exalted, luminous destiny.
