Sainyasaṅgraha and Bhāga-Vyavasthā (Forces Assembled and Rival Allocations) | सैन्यसंग्रह-भागव्यवस्था
दुःशासनं विकर्ण च तथा दुर्योधन नृपम् भीष्म॑ च ब्रूहि गत्वा त्वमाशु गच्छ च मा चिरम्
Dhṛṣṭadyumna uvācedaṃ māṃ vaco gatasādhvasam | Duḥśāsanaṃ Vikarṇaṃ ca tathā Duryodhanaṃ nṛpam Bhīṣmaṃ ca brūhi gatvā tvam āśu gaccha ca mā ciram ||
Dhṛṣṭadyumna said: “Convey these words of mine, now spoken without fear. Go and tell Duḥśāsana, Vikarṇa, King Duryodhana, and Bhīṣma as well. Go quickly—do not delay.”
धृष्टद्युम्न उवाचेदं मां वचो गतसाध्वसम् |
The verse highlights resolute, fear-free speech and decisive action in a tense ethical-political setting: a messenger is urged to deliver a clear message promptly to key leaders, reflecting the urgency and moral seriousness preceding war.
