Sañjaya said: “And as for any other kings on this earth who, deeming themselves heroes, are regarded as unconquerable—Arjuna, the son of Pṛthā, has already assessed and allotted their due share as well.”

The verse highlights disciplined preparedness: reputed strength and claims of invincibility are not ignored but evaluated and placed within a rational plan. Ethically, it reflects a kṣatriya’s duty to assess opponents soberly and act with measured resolve rather than fear or impulsiveness.
Sañjaya reports that Arjuna has already taken into account even other kings across the earth who are famed as unconquerable and who pride themselves on heroism—indicating Arjuna’s strategic readiness in the escalating conflict setting of the Udyoga Parva.
