“This is my highest power; this is my utmost strength. O gentle lady, go wherever you wish. Or else tell me—what other task of yours shall I accomplish?”
राम उवाच
The verse models ethical restraint and respectful service: one should recognize the limits of one’s power, speak without arrogance, and honor the other person’s choice—offering help while leaving the decision to them.
Rama states that he has exerted his utmost capability and strength, then courteously tells the addressed woman that she may go wherever she wishes, or she may request another service for him to fulfill.
