Shloka 29
किमियं वक्ष्यतीत्येवं विममर्श भगूद्वह: । इति दध्यौ चिरं राम: कृपयाभिपरिप्लुत:,भीष्मजी कहते हैं--राजन्! उसके सुन्दर रूप, नूतन (तरुण) शरीर तथा अत्यन्त सुकुमारताको देखकर परशुरामजी चिन्तामें पड़ गये कि न जाने यह क्या कहेगी? उसके प्रति दयाभावसे परिपूर्ण हो भूगुकुलभूषण परशुराम बहुत देरतक उसीके विषयमें चिन्ता करते रहे
kim iyaṁ vakṣyatīty evaṁ vimamarśa bhagūd-vahaḥ | iti dadhyau ciraṁ rāmaḥ kṛpayābhipariplutaḥ ||
Bhīṣma said: “O King, Paraśurāma—the foremost among the Bhṛgus—fell into reflection: ‘What will she say?’ Overflowing with compassion toward her, Rāma (Paraśurāma) pondered for a long time about her situation.”
