यस्त्वं वृद्ध सर्वराज्ञां हितबुद्धि जितेन्द्रियम् । मरणाय महाप्रज्ञं दीक्षयित्वा विकत्थसे
Translation
Sañjaya said: Yet you, having urged Pitāmaha Bhīṣma—eldest among kings, benevolent to all, master of his senses, and of great wisdom—to take up the consecration of battle and go forth toward death, still boast of your own valor.
