Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)

आरक्षस्य विधिं कृत्वा योधानां तत्र भारत | कर्ण दुःशासनं चैव शकुनिं चापि सौबलम्‌,आनाय्य नृपतिस्तत्र मन्त्रयामास भारत | भारत! इस प्रकार योद्धाओंके संरक्षणकी व्यवस्था करके राजा दुर्योधनने कर्ण, दुःशासन तथा सुबलपुत्र शकुनिको बुलाकर गुप्तरूपसे मन्त्रणा की

O Bhārata, having made the proper arrangements there for the guarding and protection of the warriors, King Duryodhana summoned Karṇa, Duḥśāsana, and Śakuni the son of Saubala, and conferred with them in secret.
